lovely sea view stay
comfortable chairs excellent bedding friendly staff
i found the pool area to be great with comfortable beach chairs. the massage service near the pool was excellent. the room was spacious and clean with excellent bedding. i slept very well and would happily return.
i noticed a lack of attention to detail, specifically the absence of knives for butter or fruit. the coffee queues were long for the machine coffee. i hope they improve these small things.

the hotel is very close to the beach, a great plus for sea lovers. it makes seeing sunsets easy. many restaurants nearby offer great dining choices too.

water dispensers room facilities spacious hotel
the in-house tv programs are adequate with cna, other news channels, and vision programs available. room facilities are in good working order.. the provision of water dispensers in the lobby and restaurant is a convenience. the hotel is spacious both indoors and outdoors.
i noticed biscuit crumbs under the sofa in our room, also there were stains.

acceptable but some issues found
smelly towel cooling issue
the spacious family suite was sufficient for my family.
The towel had an unpleasant smell. the air conditioning in room 520 did not cool effectively. I incurred an extra rm50, it was misleading.

A charmed beachside stay!

I found the hotel staff helpful. Check-in was express and efficient. The pool was quiet and clean, a definite plus. I enjoyed the beach and its beautiful view. The room was spacious and clean. I found the bed super comfy.
The hotel seems a bit dated, I noticed some areas could use a refresh.

The staff was attentive and helpful at all times. The reception staff offered smiling, kind assistance. I felt VERY welcomed during my entire visit. They were quick to address any needs that arose.

The hotel features a nice, big pool complete with sunbeds. There are sun umbrellas near the pool. The beautiful big garden provides a tranquil atmosphere. I definitely enjoyed the hotel facilities.

The hotel has a good location, next to the beach. A short walk brings you to various restaurants. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel. Buses come by every 15 minutes for easy access to other areas.

Our room was big and comfortable. There was a separate bath and shower, which I liked. A balcony with chairs and a table added to the enjoyment. The room provided ample space for relaxation.

dated facilities and cleanliness issues
dusty room extra charges
the hotel had a grand entrance with a spacious reception area, i'll give them that.
My room was not clean. I saw dust everywhere and the towels were old and yellowish. they charged extra for towels! asking for more water also incurred a charge, so it felt quite cheap. i never got charged before for asking for extra towels or water so it was quite a surprise.

The private beach access was easy! with wonderful views. The swimming pool was clean, and the kids' play zone was great. It made our family vacation more enjoyable and relaxing.
The room looked tired and poorly maintained. Only one towel per person was available, and it felt thin and old. Getting a second towel would have cost extra. I thought that was a bit much
